The Giga Jura X8 really does have a nice place in the coffee machine market, it ticks many positive boxes. There are many bean to cup coffee machines using fresh milk, but the Giga 8 champions the majority of them. Until the Jura Giga X8 turned up any other rival machine able to deliver a 12 oz drink and up to 200 drinks per day would have cost twice the price.
The reason the Giga 8 can perform on this level as it has a large capacity brewer with up to 12 grammes, 2 ceramic bean grinders – speeding up the process, and an additional water pump and heating element ( three in total) . The 3rd pump and heating element adds additional water into drinks like black coffee for example, not only speeding up the drink time, but also not over extracting the coffee water passing through the brewer, this process is known as a water bypass. You can also design your own drink and rename it on the digital menu screen. There are 8 preset drinks on the front of the machine, and 30 other available in the barista mode.
The Jura Giga X8 is very nice restaurant machine, if your lucky you can have one in the office, it comes in a mains water feed model or a more portable 5 litre internal water tank version.
